Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park and Return
Your adventure begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi at approximately 5:30 AM.
Travel northwest through Kenya’s breathtaking Great Rift Valley, stopping briefly at the escarpment viewpoint for panoramic views and photography opportunities before continuing toward Lake Nakuru National Park.
Upon arrival, begin your game drive immediately as your guide takes you through the park’s diverse habitats including woodlands, grasslands, and the lake shoreline.
Lake Nakuru National Park is internationally known for its rhino sanctuary and rich wildlife populations.
During your game drive, expect opportunities to spot both black and white rhinos, lions, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, waterbucks, baboons, and numerous bird species including pelicans and flamingos depending on seasonal lake conditions.
Enjoy lunch at a safari lodge inside the park before continuing with an afternoon game drive.
Later depart for Nairobi, arriving in the evening where your safari concludes with drop-off at your hotel or airport.
